The following survey is being conducted by the Montana State University Noyce Master Teacher Fellowship team. We are collecting this data to determine the effectiveness of our project, particularly the professional learning experiences, in developing STEM Teacher Leadership identities and approaches to teaching in our project participants throughout the course of the project. This is the Noyce MTF Teacher Leadership Survey. It should take approximately 40 minutes to complete. Any data collected will be de-identified and stored securely in the Microsoft suite within Montana State University system. The IRB protocol number for this work is 2024-1923 and if you have any questions about this research you may contact Fenqjen Luo (fluo@montana.edu) or Montana State University's Institutional Review Board (irb@montana.edu). Participation is voluntary, and you can choose to not answer any questions you do not want to answer and/or you can stop at any time. Proceeding with the survey/interview/questionnaire indicates your consent to participate.
