UIT is changing the way it intakes work and project requests in order to manage UIT resourcing levels and constraints. Please complete this form if your department is in need of any of the following services:
- Implementation of a new IT System/Service to support campus operational needs
- Significant change, replacement, or upgrade to an existing IT System/Service
- New report requests or major revisions to existing reports
- Implementation of new hardware of major expansions/upgrade to existing hardware
- Any work not deemed O&M (support/troubleshooting done on a daily basis)
- Any work or integration request that is estimated or over 40 hours.
