PEER PARTNER APPLICATION Peer Partners are currently enrolled MSU students who support LIFE Scholars, students with intellectual or developmental disabilities, in both academics and social campus engagement. Peer Partners work together with LIFE Scholars to help them succeed in their classes, get involved in the campus community and have a successful college experience!
As a Peer Partner you will make new friends, broaden your campus involvement, earn internship or class credit and gain valuable experience that will benefit you in both your personal and future professional life.
All Peer Partner applicants are required to meet with LIFE Scholars staff and review program information before working or volunteering with students in the program. Time commitment is flexible to accommodate your schedule (approx. 2 - 8 hrs/week). Resources and ongoing support will be provided to ensure a successful, fun, fabulous, rewarding partnership!
