Personal Statement (approximately 500 words) include: Your expectations for the MTF and why you are interested in participating. What impact would you like your MTF participation to have on your science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) teaching and leadership service, and what impact would you like to see in your students as a result? Explanation of your interests in integrating funds of knowledge, culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogy, and Indian Education for All (IEFA) into your STEM teaching and leadership services. Any additional information that you would like to share with the selection committee relevant to the selection process.
